I help people find understanding and freedom from anxiety and stress, difficult emotions, unresolved trauma, depression, people pleasing (fawning) and chronic states of nervous system dysregulation which can lead to chronic health symptoms.

My training includes Somatic Experiencing Level 1, somatic coaching, trauma-informed care, Gottman method, ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, and career coaching. This allows me to offer a holistic mind-body approach tailored to your needs.
